Sawtooth Gyuto w/ Hamon

A beastly 9.5” Gyuto with a striking hamon reminiscent of a closeup sawtooth pattern. One of my favorite hamon patterns that I’ve gotten in a blade. Very fine edge geometry makes this knife perform beautifully for slicing and chopping. About 2.25” tall at the heel. Handle fashioned from a gorgeous block of Burmese Blackwood.
